Midwest Steel is widely respected as one of the most experienced structural steel contractors on airport structure and engineering projects. We were selected to work on this very important project because of our outstanding track record both as a structural steel contractor as well as our demonstrated expertise working in complex and dynamic environments. We skillfully handled the coordination, planning and use of cranes and other equipment on the site of a functioning airport while maintaining the highest levels of safety.

We erected the structural steel for the new terminal facility as well as miscellaneous other side projects as part of this large and challenging airport project.

This project is ongoing and and Midwest Steel is very proud to be part of the construction team for the Wichita Mid-Continent Airport new terminal.
