Members of the management and staff of Midwest Steel, Inc. participated in the 2013 Habitat for Humanity "Blitz Build" project on Saturday, August 24th. This home is one of seven homes being built in one week by volunteers from the surrounding community. The particular home that Midwest Steel worked on was sponsored by GM.
Habitat Detroit is an affiliate of Habitat International and was started in 1986. Their mission is to provide low-income families with affordable housing while improving Detroit neighborhoods.
